Zu Bar DJ's
ADRIAN GATTO

Adrian Gatto has been part of Melbourne’s underground scene since 2012, known for his sets that blend minimal, techno, psytrance, and a splash of reverse bass. Starting out with his first club booking at 17, he’s spent over a decade building a reputation for delivering tight, high-impact sets across clubs, festivals, and everything in between.
His festival appearances include Stereosonic (2014 & 2015), Future Music Festival, Earthcore (2016 & 2017), Babylon Festival (2018 & 2019), St Kilda Beach Festival, Dreamland Luna Park, Let Go Fest, and various Oktoberfest events. In 2016, he took out the Earthcore Mainstage Competition, earning a slot alongside some of the scene’s biggest underground names.
Adrian’s club history is just as solid — he’s held residencies at some of Melbourne’s busiest nights including Candy Friday's, Zu Bar, Empire Saturday's, WAH Thursday's, Noizy Neighbour's, Cloud 9, Block Party, and Progression Sessions at Railway Hotel. He also ran Candy Friday's at Tramp for four years and promoted three sold-out events under the name Those Were The Days.
He’s also played interstate at Sorry Mum? (Adelaide), Melbas and Elsewhere (Surfers Paradise), Secret Society by Hungry Koala (Brisbane), and Mode and Melbourne Incursion (Tasmania). Adrian was a regular with the Melbourne Invades crew for rural gigs, he also played heavily under the Debbie Does Disco, Reconnect, and Orkestrated + Friends banners — performing at venues all over Melbourne as part of those collectives.
Known for his bootlegs and unofficial remixes, Adrian has had support from Ed Colman and DJ Havana Brown on FOX 101.9’s Party People. One of his standout edits — a bootleg of the Hawthorn Football Club theme song — found its way into the team’s change room playlist and even featured on Hawthorn's official TikTok.
Whether it’s a warehouse, club, or outdoor stage, Adrian brings consistent underground energy — no gimmicks, just proper music... unless you count the time someone broke both their legs over his cardboard cutout in a venue.
